Randy Dillard

President, CEO & Wealth Advisor

 

Randy Dillard is the President and CEO of Dillard & Associates L.L.C.. He is a graduate of the University Of Georgia where he completed post graduate studies in behavior modification.

 

A twenty-eight year veteran in the hospitality and financial services industries, Randy's communication skills, clarity of vision and strength of conviction pack a powerful punch. Throughout his career, he has developed many high-performance marketing teams that empowered team members to achieve clear, focused and profit-oriented yields.

 

From 1994 – 2001, Randy worked at two insurance companies: AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company (1994-1998) and National Life Insurance Company (1998-2001). During his previous career in hospitality, Randy was the owner of an independent financial and hospitality practice that helped clients create enthusiastic and effective sales cultures. Randy led client development and facilitated the development of strategic plans, research, budgets and market initiatives. His company helped one client launch a campaign that secured a public/private bid on the $110 million Osceola County Convention Center.

 

Randy is a twenty-eight year resident of Central Florida and currently lives with his wife in Clermont, Florida.

Doni Keene

VP Marketing/Operations

 

Doni Keene has been working in the field of marketing, design, advertising and strategic planning for over 25 years and continually demonstrates the impact great vision and creativity can contribute to a business.

 

Doni is a marketing/branding graduate of the University of North Florida and a graphic design graduate of the Florida School of the Arts. He has had key leadership roles and consulted with Fortune 100 and 500 companies like Universal Studios, Gordon Motorsports, Jay Strack’s Student Leadership University, Edelweiss Lodge & Resort in Germany and the Engage Institute.

 

His experience in sales management, marketing and advertising design guide the marketing efforts of any corporate project, with primary emphasis on streamlining internal marketing efforts and directing the branding, development and execution of strategic plans.

Kelly Corbett

Business Development/Agent

​

Kelly Corbett is a licensed insurance agent who specializes in Medicare

Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, life insurance, long-term

care insurance, and fixed/fixed-index annuities. Prior to earning her 2-15

insurance license, Kelly assisted in providing cost savings for physicians

to help them insure their families and employees. Kelly has managed

more than 100 offices in Manatee, Sarasota, and Hillsborough counties.

Kelly is passionate about helping others make informed decisions regarding

their health and life insurance needs. Kelly enjoys all aspects of the

insurance industry but her favorite areas include insurance and income

planning.

Kelly is a veteran of the United States Air Force and comes from a long

line of family military service. Kelly has 29-year-old twins; her daughter

works as an office manager for a Dental office, and her son is currently

pursuing a career in the US Air Force.
